The Mirror Method

The Mirror Method, is a high-impact, high-speed approach to personal transformation. Grounded in the science of the Subconscious (psychology), Epigenetics, Neuroplasticity and the principles of Quantum Physics, it offers a pathway to rapid, shifts—bringing clarity, power, and alignment to your life.

My personal way of work integrates human behavioral studies, backed by Harvard Business School Behavioral Economics study, management and leadership trainings and years of studying and actively working with programming the subconscious mind.

I hold space as a clear reflection of your subconscious mind – which I can read by analyzing your thought patterns, choice of words, body language. I will help you to reflect the programs, blocks, and believes running inside your mind from different perspectives, if comfortable setting you in a near meditative state to access your subconsciousness. I will help you, and all my clients, to understand, face, feel, and understand the subconscious patterns that limit us from achieving what we desire. Limiting blocks are often hidden beneath the surface, formed from past experiences, emotional imprints, or even inherited beliefs. Through the precision of this method, we aim to address the route cause, which accelerates progress. It requires personal accountability. Instead of multiple session uncovering layer by layer – you commit to go deep – allowing to erase stopping beliefs and imprints from your subconscious, your quantum field and energy imprint, to create lasting and profound change. I personally do not believe in anything superficial – you come to me when you are ready to rewrite and upgrade yourself. I am not here to hold your hand but to unroot your “shit” and help you shift to the next level version of you.

Fundamentals to understand the effectiveness of this method.

  • Quantum physics reveals that at the most fundamental level, everything is energy—including our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Every atom, cell, neutron, string holds a unique vibration, frequency. Equally, everything we hold in our subconscious emits a frequency (consider it code, vibration, information about your state) that communicates with the quantum field, shaping the reality we experience. When we shift this internal blueprint—by rewriting limiting beliefs that keep us small—we alter the signals we send out into the field and we perceive it differently.

  • Consider your subconscious mind your autopilot settings, it is like the background software of your brain. It holds your beliefs, habits, emotions, and automatic responses. It controls about 95% of your behavior — even if you’re not aware of it. That means that 95% of your life happens on autopilot – it is an automatic response to what happens around your and to keep you alive, breathing, walking, seeing something and making sense of it (this is a shoe, a table, the ball is falling down unless I catch it). The same happens to your thoughts, like a radio frequency, constantly on. Your hold the power to chose the program and frequency of the song you want to hear or see and experience. You are the observer and with this awareness, that like multiple states of a positions in the quantum physics experiment, multiple possibilities exist at the same time. You can choose and consciously believe in the reality and possibility you belief which will shape your experience and hunger to pursue or not pursue. Rewrite your beliefs consciously – the lens through which you experience life – that is subconscious mind programming.

    You “program” your subconscious through: Conscious choice, Repetition, Emotion, Visualization, Affirmations, Hypnosis or meditation and mostly through understanding how it works, and that you have the power to control it.

  • Epigenetics is the study of how your environment and behaviors can change the way your genes work—without altering the underlying DNA sequence. Think of it like software programming your genetic "hardware." These changes influence which genes are turned on or off (gene-expression), affecting everything from physical health to emotional patterns and stress responses.

    Epigenetic changes are triggered by factors such as:

    • Stress, trauma, and mindset

    • Nutrition and lifestyle choices

    • Meditation and breathwork

    • Sleep, movement, and social connection

    Crucially, these gene-expression changes can be reversible (it is not that they disappear, but if they are switched on or off) and even passed down across generations. Meaning the choices you make, how you show up in life today, don’t just affect you, but your children and grandchildren.

    The Mirror Method works with these principles that as with genes, and brain wiring, your subconscious beliefs—formed through early conditioning and life experiences—are not fixed. Epigenetics offers the scientific backbone to this: just as gene expression show that you are shaped by your environment, your choices and mindset, we can reprogram ourselves through choosing new experiences, create neural inputs, and consciously rewire our emotional responses à driving how you think feel and act.

  • Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire and reshape itself throughout your entire life. Once thought to be fixed after childhood, science now shows that your brain is constantly forming new neural pathways in response to thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences.

    Every time you repeat a thought, habit, or emotional reaction, you strengthen specific neural circuits—like walking a path in a forest until it becomes a trail. The more you walk that path, the easier it becomes, as you train this “muscle”. You need to train your brain, your mindset like a muscle. I consider my mindset my most important muscle.

    Good news: you can intentionally choose new paths. With repetition, focus, and emotional charge, your brain builds new connections—allowing you to shift patterns like anxiety, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and even trauma responses.

    In the Mirror Method, we use neuroplasticity to help you consciously rewire your subconscious patterns. By consciously writing and programming new emotional and mental states repeatedly and with presence, you literally train your brain to remember and hold the new belief, until they become your default operating system. By using and understand this mechanism, you make new choices easier and more natural. You reclaim full control of how you perceive and walk though life.

    Neuroplasticity is how your brain learns to let go of old survival patterns and choose a new, empowered version of you.
