The goal is to upgrade this specific area in your life - maybe you are stuck, feel there must be more, want to become a better father/mother or partner or succeed in your career, achieve a healthier, fitter, sexier life style or achieve a certain milestone where a confidence boost would help.
Over the course of 5 weeks we will have sessions followed by little self-reflecting work and tasks. Each session is between 50-60min:
25min briefing call and follow-up work, self reflection
Session 1: Analysis of your blocks, limiting believes that unconsciously sabotage your from your desired state
Session 2: Crafting your energy of the desired state, the new blue print and defining goals and strategy on how to get there.
Session 3: Going deeper into eliminating hidden blocks, nervous-system integration and defining goals to achieve your goals
Session 4: Thinking bigger, integrating new mindset and goals as the “new normal”.
Session 5: Full integration of new mindset, revisiting success strategy and goals
Results Commitment: If after completing all sessions and assignments you have not experienced meaningful shifts, we will add up to 3 complimentary session to break through remaining blocks. This program works when you show up fully, and I stand behind the method.

In a personal 45 min session we shift your mind. Experience how it will upgrade your life. A session usually covers:
