  • Before Session 1 you will receive foundational documents covering the Mirror Method principles:

  • How your reality is programmed: subconscious loops, neuroscience, attention, identity, environment. We recap foundations so the science becomes usable.

    Most session include a pre-session task and a post-session task to prepare for the next one.

  • Why and how you sabotage yourself: protection strategies, epigenetics and subconscious scripts. Learn habit science and how to detect, use, and overcome common blocks.

  • Master stress physiology: amygdala hijack vs prefrontal clarity. Regulation tools to exit fight-or-flight. Body intelligence: fear as signal, rebuilding capacity and energy.

  • In this session we will make sure that you are setup for success for your personal goal, which we have set at the beginning of this course. If potentials blocks still exist at this point, these will be released and we will define your personal strategy for the next 3-12 months to manifest and integrate your new blueprint.

For nearly two decades, I worked in sustainability, finance, and climate tech for companies like UBS and Climeworks. How, where and when

How and where: Sessions take place online via video call, ensuring convenience and privacy as we explore deeper topics.

When: 1 April - 15 May 2026

Classes run 1 hour weekly, either Monday 12:00 - 13:00, or 18:00 - 19:00 or Tuesday 12:00 - 13:00 CET, with a 30-minute buffer per session for when a topic deserves more space. Sessions are designed for one hour, but the buffer gives us the freedom to go deeper when it matters.

The cohort collectively decides which time slot works best, Monday noon, evening or Tuesday noon.

If you miss a session, you can watch a recording, which will be sent to you after each session took place.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • After the first session: Full refund, no questions asked. If you feel the program is not right for you after the foundational preparation and Session 1, you are covered.

    Mid-course cancellation (if life gets in the way), you have three options:

    • Join a future cohort (the program runs 3 to 4 times per year)

    • Watch the recordings at your own pace, plus use up to three free sessions tied to the results promise

    • If neither works, reach out directly and a proportional refund will be arranged based on sessions not yet attended

  • Based on the program structure, here is a realistic time estimate:

    Per week:

    • 1 group session: 60–90 minutes

    • 1 personal 1:1 session: 50 minutes

    • Pre-read / self-reflection work: roughly 15–60 minutes depending on the topic and how deeply it resonates with you

    Total per week: approximately 1.5–3.5 hours, though this varies based on your personal engagement, commitment and intention with the material and the program.

    The self-reflection work is intentionally flexible. Some topics may take you 15 minutes, others might prompt deeper personal work that you choose to spend more time on. You are encouraged to follow your own pace and return to certain topics later if they become more relevant.

  • Most coaching programs work at the level of consciousness: better habits, smarter goals, more motivation. Self Mastery goes deeper. It addresses the subconscious patterns, nervous system states, and biological programming that are actually running your behaviour, long before conscious thought kicks in.
